Heart attack

Heart Attack is most common. Which basically causes by a deficiency of oxygen in cardiac muscle low blood supply or higher metabolic activity cause lowering of Oxygen level in cardiac muscles.excitabilty of cardiac muscle is involuntary and continue until death. low blood supply due to blood clotting in capillaries(too thin) of cardiac muscle. If there is a clot it damages the certain part of the heart which decreases heart function and life etc.

Here I'm going to discuss some facts which cause a heart attack

• After high exercise, we must take rest before going to the washroom.
• After sleep, you must take rest for a while.
• If you are in airconditioner AC car or room must normal your body temp before going outside.
• Breath long for easiness of your heart
